When issues arose in a room—like faulty AC or plumbing—they responded fast, either fixing it on the spot or arranging a seamless room change. Of course, expectations in India differ from North America, but service here exceeded even our adjusted standards. Every team member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable—even when requests were unusual. The day manager stood out: kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi. It’s already becoming our go-to base whenever we come to the city. Just steps from the front door, there’s a lively local market with fresh produce, spices, and snacks. The Krishna Pharmacy around the corner is fantastic, and the Misthi Doi from Mother Dairy? Absolutely delicious—worth trying if you’re a fan of sweet yogurt. We bought fruits and essentials just minutes away, which made daily life so convenient. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and spacious. One small note: as Americans, we usually prefer top sheets for sleeping, and once we asked, they provided them without delay. A simple request, but the prompt attention shows how guest-focused they really are. Overall, an exceptional experience with outstanding value.

Breakfast is served on the fourth-floor terrace—yes, you do have to climb a few flights of stairs, but it's totally worth it. They offer a delicious Western breakfast with coffee, soft scrambled eggs on toasted bread, and there’s also a great option for traditional Indian morning fare. A lovely experience all around, especially given the central location and authentic heritage charm.
