Staying at Toshi Center Hotel in central Tokyo was an absolute delight. Despite being in the heart of the city, the surroundings are surprisingly quiet and peaceful—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel is quite large with several floors, offering excellent views from the windows. The room isn’t huge, but it’s well-designed and just right for a comfortable stay. Everything was spotless, and I was impressed by the high-quality toiletries from Pola. One unique feature I loved was the small window in the hallway that offered a subtle glimpse of Mount Fuji—very reminiscent of traditional Japanese castle lookout holes. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and well-presented, and the dining area had a nice, open layout. My only minor gripe? Like many Japanese hotels, the windows don’t open—so during winter, you’re stuck relying on air conditioning. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off. Overall, this hotel delivers great value, excellent service, and a memorable experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely unbeatable. Whether you're craving a quick bite or just want something simple and fresh, it's all just steps away. This place strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort, practicality, and charm—definitely a top pick for anyone visiting Shibuya.

All the toiletries were well stocked—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste—more than enough for a two-day stay. I could’ve easily just packed my clothes and left the rest behind. Housekeeping comes every four days, but if you want an extra cleaning, it’s an additional ¥500. However, here’s a tip: when booking your stay, consider splitting your reservation if you’re extending your trip. Not only do you get better rates, but you also unlock free housekeeping—a great little perk! Plus, the location is excellent—just a short walk from the subway, making it easy to reach Ginza, Shibuya, and other key areas. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and value.

Even though the room is standard Tokyo size, it’s cleverly designed with a comfortable bed (just the right firmness) and high-quality linens that made for a deep, restful sleep. The bathroom features a well-separated wet/dry area and a generous soaking tub—perfect for unwinding. But the real highlight? The rooftop natural hot spring bath. Using mineral-rich beauty spring water, it leaves your skin silky smooth. Soaking while watching the glittering Shibuya skyline at night is pure bliss. Breakfast is a generous buffet with both Japanese set meals and Western options like fresh bread and fruit. Staff are friendly and speak English fluently. From here, getting to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, or simply strolling around the neighborhood is incredibly easy. Whether you're exploring the city or just relaxing nearby, everything feels within reach. It's clear this hotel values guest comfort and convenience. I’ll definitely be choosing The Westin Tokyo again on my next trip to Tokyo.
