The breakfast spread was one of the most international I've ever seen: an incredible variety of cuisines and options, catering to every palate. Whether you're into Asian street food or Western classics, there’s something for everyone. What truly stood out was the service—every staff member was attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond with genuine care. It’s rare to find such a high level of hospitality combined with luxury and convenience. If we ever return to Bangkok, this will be our first choice without hesitation.

There are countless restaurants and local eateries nearby, plus plenty of massage spots if you’re looking to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything from the bedding to the towels felt fresh and properly cared for, and the housekeeping service stood out for its attention to detail. Staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, contributing to a smooth and comfortable stay. A few guests mentioned the facilities feel a bit dated and hallway soundproofing isn’t perfect, but those minor drawbacks don’t outweigh the hotel’s strong points: cleanliness, convenience, and great value. This hotel is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the Saphan Taksin MRT station, and within a 10-minute stroll you're in the heart of Siam shopping district. MKB, Siam Discovery, Platinum Fashion Mall, CentralWorld—all are right there, plus you can easily access the Siam BTS station too. On the other side, Chulalongkorn Night Market is just a short 10-minute walk away, perfect for evening strolls and local eats. The room quality is solid, and I especially loved the rooftop fitness center and infinity pool on the 11th floor—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; I accidentally lost my key card, and they replaced it for free without any hassle. Even on checkout day, storing luggage was super convenient. Overall, this place delivers amazing value, comfort, and service—highly recommend!
Arpo Pool Villa Riverside Bangkok
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. The cleanliness was appalling—bed linens were visibly dirty and caused severe itching after sleeping on them. Despite reporting the issue, the response was slow and unsatisfactory, and even getting a full refund took much longer than expected. The overall condition of the rooms suggested years without proper cleaning. The location near the river is nice in theory, but the surrounding area is noisy and unclean. It's hard to believe such a place made it onto any booking platform, especially given the lack of basic hygiene standards. I’d strongly advise travelers to think twice before choosing this hotel—your experience could be just as frustrating as mine.

Located just steps away from Chinatown and a short walk from Wat Mankon BTS station, the hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring the city. On the second floor, free coffee, tea, and water are available 24/7, plus there’s a paid laundry machine, massage chair, and treadmill—great for guests who want to stay active during their stay. I also appreciated the option to book day trips right at reception. Breakfast costs 150 THB but is worth it—fresh and filling. Yes, there are some late-night street activities nearby, but the area remains safe, especially with the convenience of a 7-Eleven open late. With so many international travelers around, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. This place offers fantastic value and a memorable experience—I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Centre Point Plus Hotel Silom was an absolute highlight of my Bangkok trip. The room was spacious and bright, with all the essentials—plus a microwave for those quick meals, so no need to rely on a kettle! Right next to Central Mall, everything you’d want is just steps away: shopping, dining, convenience. Wander down the side alleys, and you’ll find hidden gems serving some of the best local street food. It’s incredibly close to both Sathon Pier and the BTS Skytrain, making travel around the city super easy. Breakfast was generous and varied—I didn’t get it included in my rate, but I paid extra and it was totally worth it. The value was excellent. Staff were genuinely warm and attentive—even when checking out, someone walked me to the door and smiled as I got into my taxi. That little touch made a big difference. There wasn’t a welcome drink, but the lobby had self-serve beverages and snacks, which was a nice bonus. One thing that could be improved? The pool loungers are way too limited—every time I went, they were packed, so I ended up skipping swimming, which was a real shame. Otherwise, this place nailed it on location, comfort, service, and overall experience.
