A top-tier stay in a prime location—highly recommend for anyone visiting Osaka.

Breakfast is served on the ground floor; options are limited but standard, though the miso soup requires self-adjustment, which adds a personal touch. Outside meal times, the restaurant area works great for casual meetings or quick work sessions. On the fourth floor, there’s a convenient ice machine and laundry facility with four Sharp washer-dryer combos. Easy-to-use controls, plus support for cash, card, and WeChat Pay—super modern and user-friendly. The front desk staff didn’t just process the request—they actually came to inspect the room in person. Even though the bed wasn’t making noise during their visit, they still arranged me into room 1003 without hesitation. That kind of attention to detail made a big difference. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were all served daily—fresh, tasty, and varied. There’s also a spacious luggage storage area, which is perfect if you want to explore after check-out. On the second day, even though we didn’t request cleaning, they proactively brought fresh towels, bathrobes, and bottled water to the room—so thoughtful and considerate.
