Staying at THE GATE HOTEL RYOGOKU by HULIC in Tokyo was a great experience overall. The room was spotlessly clean and professionally cleaned daily—really appreciated the attention to detail. Location is excellent: just a short walk from the subway station, making it super convenient to get to Akihabara and Tokyo Station. I loved the view from the window too—great for soaking in the city vibes. One thing to note is that the room feels a bit low-ceilinged, and the bed and sink are on the lower side, which might be slightly awkward if you're tall or prefer higher furniture. But honestly, these small drawbacks don't take away from the overall value. With its prime location, cleanliness, and modern vibe, this hotel is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in central Tokyo.

The Tokyo Skytree is just a 10-minute walk away, and Asakusa Temple is only a 5-minute stroll—perfect for exploring the historic district on foot. Inside the room, the layout is smart and spacious: ample hanging space, a large desk with plenty of room to spread out, and everything feels well-thought-out. We had plenty of room to relax, and the Japanese-inspired minimalist design gave it a calm, authentic feel. The bedding was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was spotless.
