THE GATE HOTEL RYOGOKU by HULIC

Staying at THE GATE HOTEL RYOGOKU by HULIC in Tokyo was a great experience overall. The room was spotlessly clean and professionally cleaned daily—really appreciated the attention to detail. Location is excellent: just a short walk from the subway station, making it super convenient to get to Akihabara and Tokyo Station. I loved the view from the window too—great for soaking in the city vibes. One thing to note is that the room feels a bit low-ceilinged, and the bed and sink are on the lower side, which might be slightly awkward if you're tall or prefer higher furniture. But honestly, these small drawbacks don't take away from the overall value. With its prime location, cleanliness, and modern vibe, this hotel is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in central Tokyo.

Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole

Absolutely thrilled with this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the metro station, and right across from Tokyo Skytree and its vibrant shopping complex. Walking into my room felt like stepping into a cozy retreat: spacious, well-lit, and with a stunning view of Skytree when I opened the curtains—truly magical. Complimentary toiletries were thoughtful and high quality. Breakfast was an absolute highlight—wide variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. I especially loved the toast recommended by the staff—it was perfectly crisp and rich in taste. Everyone on the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I must give a special shoutout to the tall, kind front desk attendant who patiently answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. This place offers incredible value and comfort. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Hotel Tomos Asakusa was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Senso-ji Temple and about 19 minutes on foot to Tokyo Skytree, making it easy to explore the area. What truly stands out is the rooftop terrace, offering stunning, unobstructed views of the Skytree, especially beautiful during sunset. The room design is stylish and thoughtful, creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Clean, well-maintained, and great value for money. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo—it’s a gem in the heart of Asakusa.

MIMARU Tokyo Asakusa Station

Staying at MIMARU Tokyo Asakusa Station was an absolute delight. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile explaining all the amenities and check-in procedures in clear, friendly detail—plus, there was a Chinese-speaking team member, which made communication super smooth. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right at the exit of the subway station, with a FamilyMart just downstairs for drinks, snacks, and essentials. I couldn’t get over how delicious the pudding and milk were—definitely a highlight of the stay! The Tokyo Skytree is just a 10-minute walk away, and Asakusa Temple is only a 5-minute stroll—perfect for exploring the historic district on foot. Inside the room, the layout is smart and spacious: ample hanging space, a large desk with plenty of room to spread out, and everything feels well-thought-out. Clean, modern, and highly convenient—this place offers amazing value for money. I’d definitely book again if I’m back in Tokyo.

Onyado Nono Asakusa Bettei Hot Spring

Staying at this traditional Japanese ryokan was an absolute delight. Located just a 5-minute walk from Senso-ji Temple, it's incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo’s vibrant streets. After a long day of walking—often over 20,000 steps—I came back to the hotel and soaked in the soothing onsen. The warm water truly relaxed my muscles. They offer free ice pops and Pocari Sweat, which are such a nice touch. At 9:30 PM, there’s even a complimentary ramen service—perfect for winding down. There’s also a massage chair available, and the breakfast spread is wonderfully varied with plenty of local flavors. It’s not just comfortable—it feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be back.

Hotel Coco Grand Kitasenju

Staying at Hotel Coco Grand Kitasenju was an absolute delight! The hotel is just a 4-minute walk from Kitasenju Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Tokyo by train. I was pleasantly surprised by the room size—much larger than your typical Japanese hotel room, which made the space feel more spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the property is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. One standout feature? The in-room massage chair—it’s perfect for unwinding after a long day, especially for easing tired feet and sore shoulders. Noise insulation is excellent too; the rooms stay quiet and peaceful at night, ideal for a good night’s sleep. Staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. Plus, the area around the hotel is vibrant and full of life—convenience stores, supermarkets, local shops, and plenty of dining options are all within easy reach. You’ll never be bored or short on essentials. Overall, this place offers incredible value and comfort. A solid five-star experience—I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

The location couldn’t be better—right across from Tobu Department Store and just steps away from JR Asakusa Station, making it super easy to explore the city by train. The hotel itself is spotless, and I appreciated how the staff checked in daily about my preferred cleaning time—very thoughtful. My room had a stunning view of the Tokyo Skytree, and waking up to that iconic skyline instantly lifted my mood. It felt like having the heart of Tokyo’s classic charm wrapped up in one peaceful space. This kind of view truly makes every moment more memorable. East Square Tokyo

Staying at East Square Tokyo was hands down the most comfortable and convenient hotel experience I've had in Japan. The room was spacious and immaculately clean—every corner felt fresh and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, with one particular attendant who went above and beyond with her kindness and attention to detail. When I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot water, she calmly showed me step by step and even brought slippers upon arrival. Her warm, thoughtful service made a lasting impression. What stood out most was the designated smoking area right outside the entrance—perfect for smokers like me. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and local shops within walking distance. The subway station is literally just steps away, making it easy to explore anywhere in Tokyo. From location to cleanliness to hospitality, this place exceeded all expectations. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a memorable stay that I’ll definitely return to.

the b asakusa

Staying at the b asakusa was an absolute game-changer for our Tokyo trip. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Senso-ji Temple, perfect for early morning visits without rushing. Right across the street, you'll find convenience stores like Seven-Eleven and FamilyMart, pharmacies, Don Quijote, and even Uniqlo—all within easy reach. With multiple subway stations nearby, getting around Tokyo is super convenient. But what really stood out? The hotel offers direct bus services to both Narita and Haneda Airports, which made our travel with luggage so much easier. We even walked to the nearest subway station to catch the airport express, saving time and hassle. This place combines comfort, accessibility, and practicality in a way that’s hard to beat—highly recommend for travelers who value seamless transit.
