Every surface, including the TV screen, looked spotless with no dust or smudges, showing how meticulous they are about cleanliness. What truly stood out was the generous complimentary drinks, snacks, and even alcoholic beverages—so much so that I never felt the need to buy anything extra. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, delivering a level of service that feels almost like airline hospitality. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Located just minutes from major transit lines, it’s super convenient for exploring areas like Asakusa and Akihabara. For the price, this is one of the best values in central Tokyo—I’ll definitely be back.

My room had a direct view of Senso-ji, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the Tokyo Skytree, especially beautiful at sunset. The overall vibe is modern, clean, and welcoming. Staff were incredibly friendly—housekeeping even greeted us with a smile and a thank you. There’s also a language exchange event hosted in the dining area (paid), which was a fun way to meet other travelers. The only minor issue was that the duvet felt slightly damp, possibly due to humidity, but it didn’t detract much from the excellent experience. Overall, this place offers great value, comfort, and charm. I’d definitely come back.

We booked a triple room, which was noticeably larger than standard rooms, and while the 4th floor view only showed half of the Skytree, it still offered a great glimpse. I’d imagine higher floors provide a more complete view. Traveling from Narita Airport via the Keisei Access Line is super convenient—direct service to the station with elevators right at the exit, making luggage handling easy. Overall, the location, comfort, and value make this a top choice. I’ll definitely come back!
