We booked a three-bedroom apartment, but upon arrival were given a two-bedroom unit with an extra sofa bed in the living area. The staff explained that our original apartment was under renovation and that what was available were smaller units than originally booked—apologies for the inconvenience. Despite this, the location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the Royal Palace, making it super convenient for exploring the city center. The living space was spacious and cozy, and the main bedroom on the upper level had a lovely balcony with great views. However, during our stay, temperatures dropped well below zero, and even with the balcony, the room felt quite cold—this chill extended to other areas of the apartment too. The second bedroom was noticeably small, but overall, the place still had a unique charm and warm atmosphere. It’s not perfect, but the location and character make it a memorable stay, especially for travelers who value authenticity and convenience.

It’s just a 4–5 minute walk to the 30 tram stop, making it super convenient to reach various attractions around Stockholm. There are even two supermarkets right near the station for quick grocery runs. The property operates fully self-service: we received digital access codes for both the building and the apartment a day or two before arrival, and everything was smooth sailing. Any questions via email were answered promptly. We extended checkout by two hours (extra 200 SEK) through the website—simple and hassle-free. Luggage storage was also available upon request via email. The only downside? It’s a bit far from the city center—expect about 30 minutes or more by public transport. But honestly, when you factor in the room comfort, cleanliness, and value for money, it’s absolutely worth it. A great choice for travelers who want space, convenience, and independence.
