Staying at NYX Esperia Palace Hotel Athens by Leonardo Hotels was an absolute highlight of my trip to Athens. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Constitution Square and surrounded by luxury boutiques, making it perfect for both sightseeing and shopping. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was a real treat, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. But the real showstopper? The breakfast room offers an unobstructed view of the Acropolis—waking up to that sight every morning was magical. The rooftop pool and bar are equally stunning, offering panoramic views of the ancient site. Whether you're relaxing by the water or enjoying a drink at sunset, the atmosphere is unmatched. This hotel delivers on every level—comfort, service, and views—making it one of the best values in the city. I’ll definitely be returning.

Staying at the Royal Olympic Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk from major attractions and well-connected by public transit, making it easy to explore Athens. The price point is very reasonable for the area, offering great value without breaking the bank. While some of the hotel’s facilities show signs of age, cleanliness and staff service remain consistently good. Breakfast is basic but satisfying, with enough options to start the day right. The rooftop restaurant is definitely a highlight—elegant, quiet, and offers stunning views of the Acropolis hill, especially during sunset. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a relaxing drink after a day of sightseeing. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable view.

Staying at the Best Western Plus Embassy Hotel in Athens was an absolutely delightful experience. The property was immaculately clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. During Easter weekend—when many restaurants were closed—they kindly recommended some great local spots to eat, which was incredibly helpful. Even better, they had a taxi waiting for us the next morning to take us directly to the airport, saving us from any last-minute stress. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference. From the warm welcome to the seamless check-out, everything felt personal and thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Athens—it’s a true gem with excellent value and service.

My stay at 1900 Athenian House was absolutely delightful. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the heart of Athens, making it easy to explore the city’s highlights without hassle. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated with a nice blend of modern comfort and classic Greek charm. Staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or local tips. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, well-prepared, and offered a great mix of local flavors and international options. Service was friendly and efficient throughout. I truly felt at home here. For travelers who value authenticity, comfort, and convenience, this place is a top choice. Would definitely return and recommend it to friends.

Staying at Hestia - Alexandras 38 was a pleasant surprise. This budget-friendly hotel offers a semi-self-catering option, which is perfect if you want to cook your own meals and save on dining costs. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore Athens. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with basic but functional amenities. There’s also a coin-operated laundry room available for guests who need it—affordable and easy to use. Despite its modest price point, the overall value is outstanding. It's clear that attention has been paid to comfort and practicality. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Athens.

This place is absolutely perfect for exploring Athens! It's within walking distance of major museums, the historic center, and the Acropolis—so convenient. The manager was incredibly attentive and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The bedding is comfortable, and the apartment itself feels cozy and welcoming, like a home away from home. Plus, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit—great for staying connected. Everything about this stay was excellent, and I’d definitely return. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a personal touch.

The place itself is decent, but the location is fairly average—walking about 10 minutes to reach the main area isn’t ideal, especially if you’re short on time or luggage. The biggest downside? The water heater is seriously unreliable. It takes ages to heat up, and after one person showers, you have to wait a long time before hot water returns. To make matters worse, it sometimes shuts off randomly mid-shower—so we all ended up with cold showers at least once. Definitely not a good choice during winter months unless you don’t mind freezing. Overall, the value doesn’t quite match the experience, especially for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Staying at Karitsi Place in Athens was a great experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the metro and close to all the main attractions. What really stood out was the room layout: having two bathrooms in one unit made it perfect for a group of three, eliminating the need for two separate rooms. It’s a fantastic value for the price. The only minor downside is the bar downstairs, which can be a bit noisy in the evenings—but if you’re not a light sleeper or stay up late, it’s not an issue. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I’d definitely recommend it for travelers looking for convenience and space without breaking the bank.

Staying at this apartment in Kolonaki was such a highlight of my trip to Athens. The neighborhood is vibrant but not overrun by tourists—perfect for experiencing authentic local life. There are plenty of charming cafes, boutique shops, and great restaurants just steps away, making it easy to enjoy daily meals or evening strolls without needing to travel far. The apartment itself is well-designed, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice balance between modern convenience and Greek charm. It’s located in a quiet yet central spot, so you get peace and privacy while still being close to everything. I especially appreciated how walkable the area is—everything I needed was within a 10-minute stroll. Overall, an excellent choice for travelers who want a genuine Athens experience without the crowds. Would definitely book again.

Booking was a breeze and the price was great for the location. The apartment was spotless, well air-conditioned, and offered plenty of room—perfect for our family stay. Anna Maria went above and beyond: she greeted us upon arrival, ensured we got to the apartment safely, and even arranged airport transfers both ways. Her hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable. From the moment we landed, everything felt smooth and thoughtfully taken care of. We’ll definitely be returning to Athens and staying here again. Thank you so much, Anna Maria—your kindness truly made our trip special.

I stayed at the Cloudkeys Easy Living Suite in Athens and overall, I was quite pleased with the experience. The apartment itself is very well-maintained, recently renovated, fully equipped, and functional—perfect for a short city break. While the building is older and not particularly well-kept from the outside, the interior feels modern and clean. The hostess who greeted me was warm and helpful, offering clear directions and great local tips. However, the person answering the phone lacked the same professionalism—responses were cold and unhelpful. The main drawbacks were noise issues: the TV from the neighboring unit was extremely loud, and general sounds from other residents made it hard to relax or sleep peacefully at night. There was also a practical inconvenience—the building’s entrance locks automatically, and the apartment’s power is controlled by a special card attached to the key ring. Unfortunately, this card got stuck and couldn’t be removed. So if one of us needed to leave late at night, we had to take the keys out, which meant turning off the lights, internet, and TV inside the unit. It created an awkward situation when someone wanted to step out but left the space dark and without connectivity. Despite these issues, the location is excellent, the room is comfortable, and the value for money is solid. If you’re looking for a no-frills, convenient base in central Athens, this place is worth considering.
