We arrived with three cars, but were unexpectedly told there was a limit of one vehicle per reservation—a detail never mentioned during booking. We ended up paying $80 per day for parking, which felt completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, instead of the valet bringing the car to the front entrance, we had to walk up to the second floor ourselves to retrieve it—defeating the whole purpose of valet service. Even more surprising was being required to take out our own trash from the room, which isn’t something you’d expect at this price point. It made the experience feel undermanaged and impersonal. For the cost, I expected better service, cleanliness, and transparency—especially around parking and amenities.

Lyfe Resort & Residences

The hotel offers a fantastic location with amazing views and excellent service. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. One small suggestion: the pool closes at 6 PM, which feels a bit early considering it's one of the best spots in the property—especially since there aren't many other entertainment options nearby. We'd have loved an extra hour or two to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and take full advantage of this relaxing space. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and the value for money is hard to beat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet yet stylish retreat in Hollywood.
