Staying at Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin was an absolute pleasure. The location is unbeatable—right next to a convenient supermarket and just a short walk from the subway station. I took the M9 line, which gets you out in minutes, while S42 requires crossing a bridge, but it’s still easy to navigate once you know the route. The room itself was well-designed with excellent space, a great wardrobe, iron, and thoughtful bathroom layout. Only minor downside: the kettle wasn’t very efficient, but it’s something worth upgrading. Cleanliness was top-notch—daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy. Staff were friendly, professional, and spoke English fluently, making communication smooth and pleasant. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic value for money. She went out of her way to accommodate us by checking us in later than our scheduled time, which made our arrival much smoother. The restaurant next door was excellent; we dined there twice and loved every bite. We stayed in a deluxe room on the 4th floor with a balcony, and breakfast was included.
