My stay at Tajview Agra was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring Agra. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff—so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. I especially loved the two resident dogs, Max and Maya—they’re adorable and added a special charm to the hotel. The rooftop restaurant, while pricey (a friend’s rice dish cost $17 and tasted just okay), didn’t overshadow the overall great experience. Given the quality of service and ambiance, it’s still worth it. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Agra.

We wished we had more time to explore everything the property has to offer—there’s actually quite a bit to enjoy beyond just the accommodations. A complimentary breakfast would’ve been a nice touch, especially compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at where it’s included. Still, the overall experience was excellent, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Would definitely consider returning.

The staff at the entrance and front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming—always ready to assist with directions, luggage, or recommendations. Breakfast was standard Indian fare, but if you're used to Western breakfasts, you can request eggs easily—my choice was delicious. The chai was excellent, served with warm hospitality. I noticed a supervisor walking through the dining area each night with a notepad and pencil, checking on rooms and guest experiences—such a thoughtful touch that shows real attention to detail. My room was spotless, the bathroom met North American standards (toilet paper included!), and the elevator comfortably fits six people and works perfectly. Outside, friendly stray dogs roam around—no worries at all. Next door, I watched older women carrying bricks on their heads while working alongside their children. Moved by the scene, I invited them over and gave each a small amount of money. Moments like this made the stay feel so much more meaningful. Overall, it’s a well-run, authentic, and heartwarming experience.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. As a visitor, I'd strongly advise against booking here—especially if you're traveling from outside the area. The place lacks even basic amenities, and the service is incredibly poor. I was exhausted after a long day of travel and asked about the wedding party's music, expecting it to end by 10 PM. The staff quietly confirmed that, but the loud DJ music continued all the way until 1 PM the next day. To make matters worse, the hot water system wasn't automatic—you had to go knock on the door and ask someone to turn it on, and they took ages to respond. No comfort, no professionalism, and absolutely no value for money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The condition of the property was extremely poor—rooms were dirty, and basic amenities like towels, soap, or even a bottle of water were completely missing. We had to bring our own drinking water from outside, which was inconvenient and unprofessional. The room lacked proper ventilation, making it stiflingly hot, so we ended up switching rooms mid-stay. The blanket was visibly stained and filthy, and after sleeping on the bed, I developed red rashes all over my body—likely due to unsanitary conditions. This experience ruined my trip and left me deeply disappointed. For such a low rating, the service and cleanliness are unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly urge management to address these serious hygiene and operational issues immediately.
