Everything you need—shops, restaurants, entertainment—is within easy reach, and you don’t even need an umbrella when it rains. The room is spacious for the area, which is rare in Shinsaibashi, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. Staff are friendly, professional, and helpful—they offer luggage storage until 11 a.m. check-out, which is super convenient. There’s also a parking service available for ¥2,000 per day, but make sure to pick up your car before 11 a.m. or you’ll incur extra charges. Overall, this place delivers comfort, convenience, and great value—definitely my top choice in Osaka and I’ll be back again soon.

The bathroom and shower area are separated, which is such a thoughtful design—very convenient and private. Location-wise, it's super handy; just a short walk to Tennoji Station, where there’s no shortage of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Getting to Namba is also easy via a few JR stops. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, and affordable restaurants are everywhere—great for grabbing a quick bite. The hotel itself offers excellent value with top-notch facilities and friendly service. I’m already looking forward to my next trip and will definitely book here again. Highly recommend!
