This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Dongmen Pedestrian Street, with countless restaurants and local eateries nearby. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing clear explanations throughout check-in. I even received a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival—a nice touch! The room was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with a great bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Everything about the experience felt thoughtfully designed, from the ambiance to the attention to detail. I’ll definitely be returning when I come back to Shenzhen. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Staying at Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark Shenzhen was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Dongmen Old Street, with countless dining options nearby, so you can eat well whether on a budget or splurging. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help—truly made the stay special. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. Highly recommended!

The breakfast spread is generous and diverse, offering a great mix of local and international options. The outdoor pool is clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. Even though it's not indoor, the upkeep makes it a standout feature. Everything about this stay felt premium and thoughtfully designed. I’d definitely return—highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. Breakfast was well-rounded and satisfying, though not overly elaborate. Overall, the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice. I’ll definitely be back.

They serve drinks starting at noon, which is a great touch for guests who enjoy a cocktail or two, and the pastries are absolutely delicious—well-crafted and fresh. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.
