While the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s exceptionally clean and well-maintained—definitely a comfortable place to rest. The staff were outstanding: Xiao Peng was friendly and courteous, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. The location is fantastic—just an 8-10 minute walk from the metro station, and walking through Xin Tian Di leads you straight into multiple large shopping malls, including Huangting Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Inside the hotel, there’s a small café offering coffee and desserts, plus a selection of daily essentials—perfect for last-minute needs. Special shoutout to Xiao Lao, who kindly upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost. It made a big difference in comfort and space. With its great value, excellent service, and unbeatable location, I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Shenzhen—highly recommend!

Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.

Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a small welcome gift—such a sweet touch! All toiletries were provided, including new toothbrushes, which showed great attention to detail. Compared to the compact rooms in Hong Kong, this space felt much more spacious and comfortable. It’s a fantastic value for the price. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—right next to the metro station, making it super convenient for travelers coming from Hong Kong West Kowloon. I took the train and only needed a few stops to reach Futian. There’s an amazing variety of dining options right downstairs, so you never have to go far for a meal. Just a short walk away is a Hema store, perfect for grabbing groceries or essentials. One thing I really appreciated was the room service delivery—when I ordered the Guangdong-exclusive version of Bawang Cha Ji through the hotel’s system, the delivery rider brought it straight to my door. It felt like a little taste of local culture, and it made the whole experience even more memorable.
