The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Dongting Metro Station and right next to Shahu Park, which offers serene views with its vast water body and rows of cypress trees. A peaceful stroll through the park instantly lifts your mood. The staff were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful—small touches like makeup remover wipes made the stay feel extra comfortable. Breakfast included local favorites such as hot dry noodles and doupi, both delicious and authentic. A few minutes away, you’ll find more street vendors selling hot dry noodles and fresh fruit along the path toward Hubei Museum. It’s such a convenient and vibrant neighborhood. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, made for a truly relaxing and memorable experience. I’d definitely come back.

Parking is complimentary and seamlessly connected to the mall’s system, which made arriving and leaving so hassle-free, especially for those driving. The overall atmosphere is quiet yet modern, with excellent facilities and a great sense of cleanliness. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. The hotel boasts a private parking lot with free parking for guests, which is a huge plus for those arriving by car. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of Yellow Crane Tower. Three rooms were thoughtfully arranged on the same floor by staff member Shan Shan, making it easy for our group to look after each other. Elva, who greeted us, was incredibly warm and considerate—when I ran into her in the lobby one evening, she even offered a refreshing honey water to help with a hangover! She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit. My only small suggestion would be adding EV charging stations. Overall, this is a top-tier stay with excellent value. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Wuhan!

Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. We were able to reach most places within 30 minutes, and walking to Shanhaiguan Road took just a few minutes—ideal for grabbing a delicious breakfast in the morning. The hotel is quiet and impeccably clean, with housekeeping team doing a thorough job every day, leaving no corner untouched. Special thanks to Zhu Qian—the attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation. A heartfelt thank you to Xiao Xu and Xiao Zhou for their kindness, professionalism, and constant support throughout our visit.
