Hunan News International Hotel

They went above and beyond: offering umbrellas during rainy days, kindly reminding us about dinner options each evening, and even adjusting room amenities when they learned our child has sensitive skin. They quickly arranged for all-in-one disposable bedding, showing how truly attentive they are. What touched me most was the housekeeping staff who personally explained that the room had already been treated for dust mites—but still took extra time to lay down an additional protective mattress cover, just to ensure our little one slept peacefully. Their kindness wasn’t performative; it was sincere, thoughtful, and deeply personal. The breakfast was equally impressive—diverse and delicious, featuring authentic Hunan specialties like stinky tofu and tangy sweet rice balls. The noodle lady even remembered our preferences and brought out exactly the right portion of traditional Hunan-style noodles without us having to ask. Despite its compact size, the hotel feels modern and well-designed, with full smart room controls and excellent central air conditioning that maintains a perfect temperature throughout the night. What really stood out was the nightly complimentary late-night snack—warm drinks or light bites that made the stay feel extra cozy. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help. Dining options are plentiful nearby, especially the little noodle shop right outside—the local-style rice noodles are affordable and delicious. This hotel is by far the best value I've found in the area. The price is super reasonable, and everything from service to cleanliness is top-notch. The room has excellent natural light, and the sofa is designed like a Japanese tatami seating area, very cozy and unique. The air conditioning works wonderfully, keeping the room comfortably cool all night. Best of all, the Line 3 subway station is just a 300-meter walk away—perfect for getting around town easily. Plus, there's free parking both on the ground level and underground, which is a huge plus if you're driving. Overall, an outstanding stay—I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting!
