Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre

We paid for an early check-in on day one, but unfortunately were assigned to a room with a broken air conditioner. After a long day at Disney, we were so tired that even with the AC not working, we still slept soundly. We only reported the issue the next morning, and they handled it promptly. The room cleaning the following day was acceptable, though the surrounding area has more natural elements, which brought in a few small ants—nothing major. However, the real highlight was the pool. It's spacious, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding after a busy day at the parks. For the price and location, this is definitely one of the best pools I’ve experienced in Orlando. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for comfort and convenience near Disney.

Staying at JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa was an absolute delight! The property is brand new with top-notch amenities and everything you could possibly need. The room was much larger than expected—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. High-end toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion were thoughtfully provided, along with complimentary bottled water in the room. The pool area is pristine, modern, and well-maintained. Staff went above and beyond by offering chilled water on demand and even a little sweet treat—small gestures that made a big difference. Everything about this resort feels luxurious yet welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, every detail was perfect. If you're looking for a premium Orlando getaway with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere, this is definitely the place to stay.
