I submitted a complaint regarding this issue, but after four working days, I’ve received no response—not even an acknowledgment of receipt. Communication from the team is seriously lacking. Despite the expense being my employer’s rather than mine, I still feel frustrated and disappointed. Honestly, I can’t recommend this property to others.

One small downside: the TV wasn’t internet-enabled and had limited channel options, which feels outdated for this price point. That said, it’s a minor issue in what’s otherwise a top-tier experience. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel—and I’m already planning my return visit!
