Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. The hotel is quiet and impeccably clean, with housekeeping team doing a thorough job every day, leaving no corner untouched. Special thanks to Zhu Qian—the attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation. Breakfast was excellent, featuring authentic Wuhan street food and traditional dim sum that tasted delicious. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM, which gave me extra flexibility with my travel plans. Overall, an outstanding experience. The location is unbeatable: just a 7-10 minute walk from Hankou Railway Station. Once you exit the station, head left and you’ll spot the hotel straight ahead—it’s very easy to find. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety with plenty of options to choose from. The only minor downside is that the twin room lacks natural light and feels a bit dim during the day, but honestly, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. For the price and convenience, this place offers excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan.

The location of this hotel is excellent—just a short walk from the lively night market and main shopping street, making it super convenient for both dining and sightseeing. While it’s a bit farther from the high-speed train station, the distance is still manageable and not a major drawback. The breakfast spread was impressive—varied options with good quality and reasonable pricing. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-organized, offering a comfortable stay. The only minor issue was a faint cigarette smell upon arrival, which was surprising since none of us smoke. However, the staff responded promptly and resolved it professionally. Overall, the experience was outstanding. Great value, excellent service, and a perfect base for exploring Wuhan. I’d definitely recommend and stay here again.
