Since I prefer drinking water at room temperature, having to wait for the ice to melt a bit before sipping wasn’t ideal. Also, the in-room water dispenser is basic and lacks a filtration system, so it’s unclear when or what kind of water was last refilled. For someone like me who’s particular about water quality, this could be a concern. That said, the overall experience was exceptional—the service, ambiance, and attention to detail are top-notch. This place truly lives up to its reputation, and I’d definitely return.

However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

Dining options are super convenient; just a 5-minute walk to Kuningan City Mall, perfect for grabbing a bite anytime. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse and delicious — I couldn’t resist having seconds (and thirds!) 😁. This place offers incredible value and an unforgettable stay. Definitely coming back!

Originally, we reserved two separate rooms, but upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find out we'd actually been given a spacious suite with two bedrooms, one living area, and two bathrooms—way more room than expected! The layout was perfect for our group, offering both comfort and privacy. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk or quick subway ride to the wedding venue, which made everything super convenient. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. Overall, this was far beyond what we anticipated. With such great value, excellent service, and a fantastic location, we’d definitely book here again on our next trip to Jakarta.
