Also, the in-room water dispenser is basic and lacks a filtration system, so it’s unclear when or what kind of water was last refilled. For someone like me who’s particular about water quality, this could be a concern. That said, the overall experience was exceptional—the service, ambiance, and attention to detail are top-notch. This place truly lives up to its reputation, and I’d definitely return.

The front desk staff member with the last name starting with 'R' during check-in stood out—professional, friendly, and efficient, making a great first impression. However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

I was on the 28th floor, but still heard some city noise from outside and footsteps in the hallway at times. That said, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs, which helped a lot during sleep. It’s not perfect for complete quiet, but it’s manageable. Overall, the ambiance, location, and attention to detail make this a standout choice. A fantastic experience with great value for the price.

It’s a bit inconvenient that there isn’t a convenience store on-site, but Grab delivery made up for it—food and snacks arrived quickly and conveniently. Everything about this stay was top-notch, from the service to the ambiance. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.
