My birthday celebration setup was thoughtful and beautifully done—perfect ambiance, and the cake was absolutely delicious, just the right sweetness. The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner were exceptional: fresh ingredients, elegant presentation, and the evening drinks were unlimited, which was a real treat. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the menu was varied and the food tasted great—though I missed trying the dan dan noodles this time (will definitely go back for that!). When checking out, I requested a late checkout, and although they could only accommodate a short extension due to high occupancy, they made every effort to help. My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight.
