My personal concierge, Silvia, went above and beyond—she reached out before my arrival to discuss my itinerary and even upgraded me to a lakeside room without any extra charge. While the weather wasn’t perfect during my visit, the view from the window still offered a serene and beautiful outlook over the lake. The hotel’s interior design stands out compared to other luxury properties in the same category—more refined, modern, and thoughtfully detailed. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s steps away from a vibrant pedestrian street with plenty of dining and shopping options. It’s also just a short walk to the museum, making it incredibly convenient for exploring local attractions. From service to location to ambiance, everything was top-notch. Breakfast included local favorites such as hot dry noodles and doupi, both delicious and authentic. A few minutes away, you’ll find more street vendors selling hot dry noodles and fresh fruit along the path toward Hubei Museum. It’s such a convenient and vibrant neighborhood. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, made for a truly relaxing and memorable experience. I’d definitely come back.

Stayed here during New Year’s Day and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bed was huge—perfectly comfortable with a 2-meter width. My favorite part? The room faced directly toward the Hubei Provincial Museum, so every morning I woke up to a stunning view of the museum entrance right outside my window. The front desk staff, especially Miss Hu Lanxiang, went above and beyond—she upgraded me from the 4th to the 6th floor without hesitation, and the view from the higher floor was simply breathtaking. There was a slight road noise at night, but it didn’t disturb my sleep at all. Parking was super convenient with plenty of spots available—no stress finding a space. One highlight was the complimentary warm red date soup served in the evening—it was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing. On check-out, I noticed a little note with a pair of sterilized slippers waiting for me—such a small detail, but it really showed how much they care about guest comfort.
