As someone who travels frequently for work, the ergonomic chair and LED reading lights were a game-changer—perfect for unwinding after long flights. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, instantly melting away any travel fatigue. Hot water in the bathroom came on instantly, and the toiletries were from the lovely Petrov brand—subtle fragrance, high quality, and such a nice touch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and I appreciated the free self-service laundry area. Even the delivery robot added a fun, futuristic vibe to the stay. Breakfast at the third-floor dining hall was an absolute highlight—the space features a unique Tulou-inspired design, and the breakfast spread was impressive: endless options, including local favorites like Sha Cha Noodles and coconut cakes, all fresh, tasty, and satisfying. C&D Hotel Xiamen

This was my second stay at this hotel, and the experience was just as excellent as the first time. During New Year's period, the hotel was lively with plenty of family-friendly activities that kept the kids entertained. The guest manager, Xiao Luo, went above and beyond—she reached out before check-in to confirm details and checked in regularly during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. On checkout day, she even arranged a late departure without hassle, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. The housekeeping staff were thorough and attentive, leaving no corner untouched. Every team member we interacted with showed genuine warmth and professionalism. From start to finish, the service felt personal and caring. The cityscape around Wuyuan Bay is beautifully maintained, with elegant residential areas and villas adding to the charm. The view from the room is breathtaking—direct sightlines of the bay and the bridge, whether during the day or at night. What truly stood out was the concert shuttle service; after the show, the driver even offered bottled water, and the vehicle had the artist’s songs playing in the background—a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience unforgettable. I was also impressed by the concierge team: one staff member kindly returned my charging power bank to the mall before I even checked in! Another team member, named Fugui Hua Kai, went above and beyond by personally arranging my transfers, hand-writing a sweet note, and leaving fresh fruit and dessert upon arrival. It’s rare to find someone who combines such polished service with a welcoming personality. Molly truly made my stay feel special right from the start. We stayed at Pan Pacific Xiamen with our kids and booked the adorable Minion-themed room—so much fun! From the moment we walked in, everything was covered in cheerful yellow duck motifs. The front desk staff, especially Miss Huang Jinhua, was incredibly helpful—we asked if she could print out our child’s homework, and she did it right away without hesitation. The whole hotel exudes that classic old-money elegance, with thoughtful touches everywhere—from the decor to the service. It’s clear they care about every guest experience. It feels like a quiet retreat in the middle of nature, with breathtaking night lighting that adds such a magical touch—definitely reminiscent of a Beverly Hills estate but even more peaceful. The villa section offers excellent privacy; guests enter via shuttle and need a code to access the area, which gives a real sense of exclusivity. Room cleanliness was top-notch—the housekeeping staff were attentive and greeted us warmly upon arrival, and any requests were handled promptly and kindly. The lounge afternoon tea setup is stunning, and despite being fully booked during the holiday period and having limited staff, the team still managed to seat us comfortably and deliver coffee without delay—truly commendable effort under pressure. Breakfast was a highlight too, especially the pancake station where the server was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s clear the hotel values long-term employees—many have been with them for nearly a decade, reflecting a caring, stable work culture. A heartfelt thank you to the blue-uniformed lady with her ponytail at reception for her detailed briefing, the tall, smooth-voiced manager who quickly addressed our needs, the entire lounge team who worked hard despite tight staffing, and the glasses-wearing driver who brought us to the villa zone—he drove flawlessly and even gave us a mini tour while sharing fun facts about the area. We’ll definitely be back, especially when bringing elderly family members. This place delivers something genuinely special—a refreshing change of pace and a stay that feels both luxurious and deeply personal.
