I've stayed at NH hotels before, and this one definitely lives up to the reputation. The location is excellent—super convenient for getting around Vienna, with easy access to public transit right outside. Like many hotels in Vienna lately, prices have gone up noticeably over the past couple of years. The location is convenient for getting around Vienna, and the apartment is well situated near public transit. However, during our stay, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. There was a noticeable infestation of small ants in the kitchen—whenever we started using the space, they would quickly appear, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, nighttime was disrupted by a continuous dragging sound coming from a locked technical room nearby, along with occasional noises from adjacent utility areas. While the price was reasonable and the layout functional, the lack of quietness and hygiene concerns make it hard to recommend. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option and can overlook these details, it might still work—but for a peaceful stay, it's better to look elsewhere.
