On January 2nd, the housekeeping staff left a sweet handwritten note with a small gift—so thoughtful! Though I didn’t get a photo, it truly warmed my heart. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to both Line 2 and Line 6 of the metro, making it super easy to explore downtown Changsha. Everything from service to convenience was top-notch. During peak hours, I never had to worry about crowded trains—Line 2 runs directly to Changsha South High-Speed Rail Station and intercity lines, making travel across the city super convenient. Bonus: since it’s not in the heart of the tourist zone, finding a taxi was never an issue. The room itself was well-equipped and very comfortable, especially the down comforter—so cozy and warm. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views of the city skyline. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout, and the staff at reception were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Every day, they welcomed us with a fresh fruit platter—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was served on the 31st floor, with a mostly Chinese-style menu. While the options weren’t extensive, the food was delicious and satisfying, perfect for starting the day right. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, convenience, and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to on my next visit.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—special thanks to Miss Wong (Xiangbo) and Miss Fung (Mengyao) for their consistently warm and attentive service. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the dining staff were friendly and efficient. While some facilities show signs of aging, the room and common areas remained clean and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality and professionalism of the team—this is what made my stay so memorable. Despite minor wear and tear, the exceptional service earned this hotel a near-perfect score in my book. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.
