We came to Changsha for a concert and stayed at ST-Tropez Hotel — and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations on nearby attractions and even giving us a nice welcome gift. The complimentary shuttle service was super convenient — just call, and they’d arrive right away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a peaceful atmosphere, and our room was spotless, fully equipped, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the personal touch from our dedicated housekeeper, Xiao Tang. She reached out before check-in to ask about our preferences, made sure everything was ready, and even brought fresh fruit upon arrival. She followed up throughout our stay to see how we were doing — so thoughtful and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and will be back again soon.

跨年夜前夕入住延年城際酒店，整體體驗真的無可挑剔。第一晚抵達時已是凌晨，但一進大堂就感受到溫暖的氛圍，彷彿回到家一樣安心。夜班同事態度專業，面對多個客人同時諮詢也井然有序，輪到我時更細心辦理入住，全程沒有催促或疏漏，這種貼心令人印象深刻。 第二天因要運送鮮花和禮物，我順口問了下有否小推車協助。沒想到前廳部李經理主動協調，幾位同事已在大堂門口等候，整個過程流暢又熱情，連電梯都安排得妥妥當當。特別要讚賞客房部張經理，全程陪同，電梯內還禮貌讓我先入，細節滿分！他對周邊環境和市場情況的了解也超專業，回答問題條理清晰，完全不像一般酒店服務員那樣機械應答。 套房裡的歡迎水果是當季新鮮果品，我半夜肚子餓，吃了一顆梨子，清甜爽口，心情都變好了。隔天陳阿姨主動清潔房間，連馬桶套都準備好，這種細心真係難得。後來發現我愛吃梨，谷阿姨竟然主動送上一份新鮮水果，訊息傳遞迅速，服務到位，令人心頭一暖。 還有那個放在桌上的手機支架，小小一個卻超實用，尤其對經常要開會或追劇的旅客來說，簡直是神來之筆。總體而言，延年城際酒店已經是我近年在長沙最常選擇的落腳點，原因就是它的人文關懷、服務質素與交通方便。真心希望未來能繼續保持這份用心，下次回來，一定再來感受！」},{
