There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the overall value for money is excellent. Just a short stroll away is the beach, perfect for morning walks or sunset views, and right nearby is an excellent Italian restaurant that delivered delicious meals. This place strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and charm—truly a standout stay.

I stumbled upon this place on Instagram and was instantly drawn to the botanical-inspired interior and overall vibe—had to book it! Since I wanted easy access to both downtown Sydney and Bondi Beach, this location was perfect. 😆 (That said, if you're not planning to visit the beach, this spot might not be ideal.) There’s a shopping mall nearby, so everything I needed was within reach—no inconvenience at all. I’m traveling solo, and accidentally left my key in the room when checking out. I was really stressed, but just rang the bell outside and the staff responded immediately—super helpful and kind. I felt bad since it was off-hours, but they still went out of their way to assist me. Thank you so much! 🥲 I’d absolutely stay here again if I ever come back to Sydney!

The tents were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the facilities were spotless and easy to use. The view from our campsite? Unbeatable—right across the harbor with stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and skyline at night. Dinner was delicious and uniquely themed, offering a fun twist on local flavors. Everything—from the ambiance to the service—was top-notch. It’s perfect for families, couples, or even friends looking for something different. We’d highly recommend this unique overnight stay. A once-in-a-lifetime adventure that’s well worth every penny.
MAD Monkey Hostel Coogee Beach
The MAD Monkey Hostel at Coogee Beach is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the warm welcome from Joke at reception sets the tone for a fantastic stay. She’s incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely goes out of her way to help guests with anything they need—whether it’s local tips, transport advice, or just a quick chat. Her positive energy is contagious and makes you feel right at home. Honestly, every hostel should have someone like Joke on duty—she truly makes the experience unforgettable. The vibe is relaxed, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are top-notch. I can’t recommend this place enough—will definitely be back!
Mariners Court Hotel Sydney
The manager from Korea was absolutely fantastic—truly the highlight of our stay. He noticed we were a family of four and kindly offered us a room upgrade at a very reasonable price, which made our trip even more special. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Our family room had three beds—a large one and two smaller ones—plus plenty of space to move around comfortably. It felt like a home away from home. Everything about this hotel was perfect, and I’d happily give it five stars just for the exceptional service.
