My stay at Hilton Urumqi completely exceeded my expectations! The room itself was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and offered a fantastic view. The bedding was plush and comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. Cleanliness was top-notch—from the lobby to the bathroom, everything sparkled. The restroom was so clean it looked brand new. As a well-known international brand, Hilton maintains a high standard in both service and attention to detail, which is exactly what you want when traveling for business or leisure. While it's a well-established five-star hotel with some minor aging in the facilities, the service truly stands out. From check-in to post-stay interactions, every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, and the fruit platter was fresh and thoughtfully arranged—definitely a nice touch. Walking into the lobby always feels like a pleasant surprise; the design and ambiance make a strong first impression. Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient—just steps from bus stops, making it easy to explore the city, and nearby metro access adds even more flexibility. Even though it’s not brand new, the overall value and hospitality make it a top choice for me. A great stay every time.
