The room was spacious, spotless, and had a fantastic window overlooking the falls. Overall, the service was warm, the location unbeatable, and the value absolutely worth it. Red Coach Inn is a charming and cozy place to stay! We booked the Adeline room, which was spacious and beautifully kept—clean, warm, and inviting. Upon arrival, we were greeted with soft classical music and a small plate of cheese as a welcome gift—such a thoughtful touch. Our family of four (two adults and two kids aged 11 and 17) felt completely comfortable throughout our stay, with plenty of room for everyone. The only downside was the breakfast wait time—it took over 40 minutes on two separate mornings, which felt excessive. Also, there were no gluten-free or lactose-free options listed on the menu, which could be an issue for guests with dietary restrictions. Despite that, the overall experience was excellent. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Niagara Falls, and very convenient for exploring the area. Great value, great vibe, and highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Holiday Inn Niagara Falls State Park Entry—better than I expected based on reviews. The view across the river to the Canadian skyline is stunning, especially during sunset. Right next door is the legendary Buffalo wing spot—their wings were delicious and worth the visit. Everything you need for sightseeing is within walking distance: the falls, the rainbow bridge, and more. The location is unbeatable. The only minor issue was some fingerprints and smudges on the glass door between the living area and bedroom, which could’ve used a little more cleaning. But honestly, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Great value, excellent location, and a comfortable stay overall.

One of the highlights is the rooftop viewing area, where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Niagara River and the falls—perfect for photos and quiet moments. On the ground floor, they offer complimentary coffee, hot water, lemon water, green tea, and cocoa packets 24/7—such a thoughtful touch! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Every front desk agent was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. On the morning of checkout, I suddenly experienced severe abdominal pain and felt completely overwhelmed. Without hesitation, the front desk staff immediately called an ambulance and helped me get to the hospital, reassuring me not to worry about my belongings left in the room. After treatment, I returned at around 5:30 PM, ready to check out. When I asked if there would be any extra charges for late checkout, the manager simply said, 'Don’t worry about that—we’re just glad you’re okay.' Hearing those words brought tears to my eyes. This level of empathy and humanity is rare, and it’s exactly why I’m giving this hotel more than five stars. If you're visiting Niagara Falls, stay here—not just for the convenience or beauty, but for the genuine kindness that makes your trip feel safe and cared for.

Coming from Buffalo Airport, there's a bus stop on the left side—seems to be Route 72. A $2 ride gets you into downtown, then transfer at the bus terminal to head toward Niagara, again just $2 per person. The trip takes about two hours, but it's super affordable. Rideshares cost around $60–70, and taxis can run close to $100, though they get you there in under an hour. Once you arrive at the bus station, the hotel is literally right in front of you—easy to spot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was decent but not great—limited options and average taste. Still, the value for money is excellent, especially considering how convenient the location is for reaching the falls. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay with good access to attractions and easy transit, this place is worth considering.

Stayed here with my sister and her kids for a few days, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Niagara Falls, and everything we needed was right at our doorstep.
