This was my first time experiencing early check-in at a hotel abroad, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the service! We were able to check in before noon—no waiting, no stress. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk from the falls, perfect for catching sunrise or evening views. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, this is a must-stay. Highly recommended!
Sheraton Niagara Falls
Staying right next to Niagara Falls was such a highlight—literally steps from the falls, and we loved how easy it was to just walk out and take in the views. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the front desk staff were super accommodating—they asked for our number and texted us as soon as the room was ready. That made our early arrival stress-free and really appreciated. The only hiccup was that they accidentally forgot to give us the breakfast voucher, so when we went down the next morning, there was a bit of confusion—but the team handled it calmly and quickly sorted it out. Breakfast itself was great: hot options like eggs, sausages, and fresh pastries, all served in a bright, clean dining area with a lovely view. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a fantastic window overlooking the falls. Overall, the service was warm, the location unbeatable, and the value absolutely worth it. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want convenience and a memorable stay.
Hyatt Place Niagara Falls
Staying at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls was an absolute delight, especially given how close it is to the Maid of the Mist boat tour—just a 5-minute walk away. I heard there’s a stunning light show in the evening, but unfortunately, I was too tired from jet lag to make it out. Definitely planning to catch it on my next visit! That said, the falls themselves are breathtaking and absolutely worth seeing in person. The sheer power and beauty of the waterfalls left me speechless. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Public transit access is convenient if you want to explore further. Overall, this stay was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls who wants comfort, convenience, and a great view without the hassle.

The Butler House Bed & Breakfast is an absolute gem with incredible attention to detail. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed. Guests enjoy complimentary water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and snacks throughout the day—perfect for a quick pick-me-up. The breakfast is delicious and generous, offering a great start to the day. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home with their friendly conversation and genuine hospitality. Best of all, it's just a short walk or quick transit ride away from the Niagara Falls—ideal for sightseeing. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely return without hesitation.

Coming from Buffalo Airport, there's a bus stop on the left side—seems to be Route 72. A $2 ride gets you into downtown, then transfer at the bus terminal to head toward Niagara, again just $2 per person. The trip takes about two hours, but it's super affordable. Rideshares cost around $60–70, and taxis can run close to $100, though they get you there in under an hour. Once you arrive at the bus station, the hotel is literally right in front of you—easy to spot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was decent but not great—limited options and average taste. Still, the value for money is excellent, especially considering how convenient the location is for reaching the falls. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay with good access to attractions and easy transit, this place is worth considering.

Stayed here with my sister and her kids for a few days, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Niagara Falls, and everything we needed was right at our doorstep. The property exceeded all expectations—seriously, the private yard and dedicated parking made our stay so much more enjoyable. The staff, especially Ally, was incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely friendly. When our freezer broke down shortly after check-in, she responded within an hour to get it fixed—truly impressive service. The location is perfect for exploring the falls and casino area, and everything about the experience felt seamless. I can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Trotter Manor! The property is beautifully designed and spacious, with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep—and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed. One small suggestion: there’s only one mirror in the entire house (in the bathroom), so adding a few more mirrors in the bedrooms would be a nice touch. Also, the bathroom door lock felt a bit loose—upgrading it would improve privacy and security. The neighborhood is a bit run-down, but we never felt unsafe during our visit. Location-wise, it’s ideal—just minutes from Niagara Hospital, the casino, and the falls. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this place offers great value and convenience. We’d definitely stay here again!

However, the strong smell of cigarette smoke was quite noticeable and definitely not ideal, especially when traveling with young children. The surrounding area and exterior of the home gave off an overall neglected vibe—some parts looked abandoned, and the cleanliness outside was disappointing. It’s hard to shake that first impression when walking up to the property. While it’s conveniently located near the falls and casino, the overall curb appeal leaves much to be desired. A little more attention to outdoor maintenance and indoor air quality would go a long way in improving the guest experience. Otherwise, it’s a decent option if you’re just looking for a basic place to stay.

The property itself is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. One small downside is that communication could be more responsive at times—some messages took longer to get a reply. However, this minor issue doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For travelers seeking proximity to Niagara’s top attractions with comfort and convenience, this villa delivers on all fronts.
