Staying at this Heritage Collection apartment hotel was an absolute delight! Even though the check-in process was a bit clunky, 24/7 customer support made everything smooth and stress-free. The room is compact but cleverly designed with plenty of storage—everything you need is thoughtfully provided. I loved having my own fridge, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, dishes, cutlery, kitchen paper, and even dish soap and a personal sponge—perfect for self-catering and keeping things clean. Free laundry detergent and a dryer were a huge plus for longer stays. The bed setup was excellent: two pillows with great support and a clean, fresh-smelling blanket that made for a restful night’s sleep. While the soundproofing isn’t perfect, it didn’t affect my enjoyment at all—just adds to the authentic urban vibe. Located just steps from Arab Street, it’s super convenient for exploring Singapore on foot or by MRT. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and a home-away-from-home feel. Definitely planning to return!

The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities—washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator, all high-quality Samsung LG appliances. The bathroom is spacious and very clean, which made the stay comfortable. Located just steps from the MRT station and right along the scenic Clarke Quay riverfront, it's perfect for those who want convenience without the noise of the city. Despite being in a lively area, the room has excellent soundproofing, so I could sleep peacefully even during late-night activities. The only minor downside is that if you have heavy luggage, climbing the stairs might be a bit challenging. The staff—Maica, Ed, and Jean—are incredibly helpful. Even though check-in is self-service via mobile app, they’re always available through messaging platforms for any assistance. This contactless process works great for English-speaking guests familiar with the system. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and service make this a top choice. Highly recommend!

We booked two rooms for our family of four, and although we initially missed some details in the Heritage Collection on Pagoda’s booking guidelines, we were quickly guided through any issues by the incredibly helpful management team—thank you so much! Both rooms were spotless and immaculately clean, with a near-perfect level of comfort. The digital key system was a real game-changer—no worries about losing keys, and check-in via mobile app was seamless and stress-free. There’s a shared laundry area on the corridor with washing machines and dryers, plus detergent and a clothesline provided in each room (though we didn’t get to use them, it’s great to know they’re available). Cleanliness? 100 points. WhatsApp support? 100 points. Luggage storage? 100 points. Location? Absolutely perfect—right near Pagoda Street, super convenient for transit and exploring nearby areas. We loved every part of the stay and would definitely come back again. A truly standout experience!

Not only did they assign us a peaceful room, but they also surprised my friend with a thoughtful little gesture to lift their spirits. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was the kindness behind it that truly mattered. The room was serene and perfect for relaxation. A small suggestion: more coffee pods and tea options would be great—there were only four of each, so we had to keep calling for refills. Other than that, everything was excellent. I already know I’ll be back next Christmas for a family gathering. This place has a special charm and delivers on comfort, care, and value.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with friendly and attentive staff. It’s rare to find such a great mix of convenience, charm, and comfort in one place. Staying at Andaz Singapore by Hyatt was an absolute highlight of my trip. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Bugis MRT Station Exit E, and the building itself is hard to miss. While finding check-in required going up one level and the entrance isn’t very prominent, once you’re inside, everything feels seamless. I booked a sea view room, and the views were stunning—perfectly framed with glimpses of Marina Bay Gardens and a corner of the iconic Sands Resort. The restaurant staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and effortlessly switched between English and Chinese, always with a warm smile. They went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. From start to finish, this stay exceeded expectations—luxurious yet approachable, and truly memorable.
