The pastries are delicious, and the chicken soup wontons as well as the pork-filled dumplings are seriously satisfying. I was originally booked into a room type that wasn’t available yet, but the team kindly upgraded me to a Premium Suite—huge upgrade in space, view, and design. Everything felt thoughtfully curated. I ordered fresh fruit platters after my concert, and they arrived at my door in no time. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service throughout was top-notch. Getting to Lujiazui takes only about 30 minutes by metro, and the airport is easily reachable within an hour. We stayed with three people, and the room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate us all—no cramped feeling at all. The location, cleanliness, service, and value for money all score high.
