The room was spacious, immaculately clean in every corner, and fully equipped with modern amenities. The projector worked flawlessly—my phone connected directly via screen mirroring with zero hassle. They even provided three different types of charging cables and included a shoe polishing cloth—such thoughtful touches! It’s true that it’s a bit far from the subway station, but there’s a bus stop right outside the door, making public transit access very convenient. For the price, the value is unbeatable. In fact, the Intime Mall is only a 10-minute stroll away, so dining and shopping are hassle-free. The facilities are modern and comprehensive—USB charging ports in the room, smart devices, a well-equipped laundry area, and a fully functional fitness center. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. Cleanliness is outstanding: no dust in the corners, crisp and fresh bedding with zero odors, and a perfectly separated bathroom that makes everything feel safe and hygienic. The service stands out too—the front desk staff checked us in quickly and efficiently, and Guo Jing was especially warm and attentive. On a chilly day, she even offered a hand warmer and hot water—such thoughtful touches really stood out. This place delivers incredible value, and I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Suzhou.
