The front desk team, especially a few of the ladies, made check-in smooth and efficient, answered every question with care, and even shared personalized tips on local sights and hidden food gems. They also offered complimentary luggage storage after checkout—a small but thoughtful touch. The room itself was spotless, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. I appreciated the little details too—like the disposable toilet seat covers, which showed real attention to hygiene. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. Cleanliness is outstanding: no dust in the corners, crisp and fresh bedding with zero odors, and a perfectly separated bathroom that makes everything feel safe and hygienic. The service stands out too—the front desk staff checked us in quickly and efficiently, and Guo Jing was especially warm and attentive.
