We absolutely loved this hotel, especially for the delicious food. While things were even more impressive before the pandemic, the current experience is still excellent. The beach is sandy and perfect for lounging, though there are small pebbles in the water—nothing too bothersome. The sea itself is crystal clear and deepens quickly, making it easy and safe to enter. One downside was the lack of bathrobes in the room. We called to request one, but were told it would cost 50 euros—really? In a five-star property, you shouldn’t have to pay extra for a simple robe. Maybe we misunderstood and it was supposed to be a deposit, but if so, that should’ve been clearly communicated upon check-in. Also, they asked for a credit card at check-in—possibly as a security measure in case something goes missing. We used a debit card instead, which worked fine, but the whole process left a slightly negative impression. Overall, the hotel offers great value and a wonderful atmosphere, but these little inconsistencies leave us wondering whether we’ll return. It’s not a deal-breaker, but definitely something worth reconsidering.

The only minor drawbacks were the occasional wait for elevators during peak hours and the need to park across the street, which was slightly inconvenient. Also, during busy times at the beach, sun loungers were often reserved early by guests who left their belongings behind, making it tough to find a spot. A bit more organization in this area would go a long way. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was outstanding. I’d definitely return—this place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and charm.

The in-room amenities were exceptional—high-quality toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, and even bath sponges (which I usually bring myself, but didn’t need to here). We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches: a super-soft robe, comfortable slippers as a little gift, and every detail clearly designed with guest comfort in mind. Bottled water was always available and free of charge, along with Nespresso coffee for our morning brews. The cleanliness was impeccable—spotless throughout. It’s rare to find such attention to detail combined with luxury and tranquility, especially for an adults-only resort. If you're looking for a serene, high-end escape with genuine hospitality, this place is a must-book. We’ll definitely be back.
