We’ve always looked forward to visiting Baguio, but finding a hotel we’d actually want to stay at more than once has been a challenge. Most places we’ve tried—whether traditional hotels or Airbnb-style rentals—either didn’t meet our expectations or came with disappointments during the stay. Thankfully, we discovered Ellianah Pines, and now every trip to Baguio feels like a true getaway. We’ve stayed here twice now, and the service has been consistently outstanding. What stands out most is how pet-friendly the property is—our furry companion was welcome too, making it a real family experience. While many hotels claim to be "your home away from home," Ellianah Pines lives up to that idea without even saying it. It truly felt like staying in a warm, cozy, quiet house rather than a commercial hotel. If you’re not keen on venturing far for dinner, their restaurant offers delicious homemade meals—same spot where breakfast buffet is served. The parking area is spacious and convenient, which we really appreciate. Even though it’s a bit farther from the city center compared to other nearby options, getting around isn’t an issue thanks to ride-hailing apps or personal vehicles. More importantly, we never have to worry about logistics—knowing we’ll return to a clean, comfortable room after a full day of exploring makes all the difference. The staff are incredibly approachable and helpful—every single one of them! From the guard, front desk team, to the restaurant crew, everyone greets you warmly and goes the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. The only downside was having to cut our July trip short due to a typhoon, but we’re already planning our next visit. This place has become our go-to sanctuary in Baguio. After so many disappointments, we’re genuinely grateful to have finally found our home away from home.

Staying at Kamiseta Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The French-inspired decor is elegant and really adds a touch of charm to the room—very cozy and well-designed. That said, cleanliness could use some improvement, especially in the bathroom where I noticed some dust buildup in the corners. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something worth noting. Despite that, the hotel offers great value for money, and its central location makes it super convenient for exploring Baguio. The staff are friendly, and the vibe is relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the city.

Staying at The Plaza Garden Hotel and Residences was an absolute delight. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the city center, making it super easy to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and professional service—always helpful and warm. The food options were excellent, varied, and delicious, with meals served promptly. Plus, getting around town was hassle-free thanks to convenient access to public transportation right nearby. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and value—definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Baguio.

This is hands down our favorite place to stay whenever we visit Baguio. The location is incredibly convenient—everything we wanted to explore was just a short ride away. The hotel itself has a modern, stylish design with clean, well-maintained rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and charm. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will definitely come back. A true gem in Baguio!

My sister-in-law and I took a quick weekend trip to Baguio for just one night, and honestly, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Hotel Vivo. We booked through the platform—apparently it was slightly cheaper than direct booking—but we were a little nervous at first since the hotel is brand new and had no reviews yet. But we decided to give it a try, and we’re glad we did. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the main bus terminal (Victory Liner), which was perfect because traffic in Baguio can be brutal. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff who handed us welcome drinks—such a nice touch! Check-in was smooth and fast, and we were eager to freshen up after our journey. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. It felt cool even without turning on the AC—impressive for the tropical climate. We relaxed, watched YouTube on the smart TV, and called the front desk to combine the two double beds for better comfort—we were three people, so this was a big plus. One small note: there’s no full-length mirror in the room, which some guests might miss, but otherwise, everything was great. The location is fantastic—just a 5–10 minute walk to Burnham Park, where the night market happens, and nearby GoodTaste, where we enjoyed a late lunch. After exploring the park and Session Road, we returned to rest before heading out again at 9 PM. That afternoon nap was incredible—the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the room stayed pleasantly cool. Breakfast the next morning was complimentary, but it wasn’t as strong as expected. When we arrived, most of the food was already gone, and we had to wait about 10 minutes while they cooked more. Also, the selection was limited. I noticed a Japanese guest asking for food, and the staff member at the buffet tried to communicate in Tagalog—this highlights the need for better English training, especially in a hotel serving international travelers. Still, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay—no buffering or dropouts. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the price point is very fair. As a new hotel, there’s still room to grow, but we’d definitely come back and recommend Hotel Vivo to others looking for a quiet, well-run base in Baguio.

Booked last minute and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and being just a short walk from the city center made exploring so easy. It’s rare to find such great service and value in a hotel, especially when you’re booking on the fly. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Baguio. Highly recommended!

Staying at Sophia's Cedar Peak was an absolute delight! The unit is spotless and beautifully designed, with all the essentials—complete furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. It’s located just steps away from Session Road, bustling markets, trendy food cafes, and even has its own supermarket, making daily errands super convenient. We loved how peaceful and well-organized the space felt, yet still close to everything we wanted to explore. The attention to detail and overall comfort made our stay truly memorable. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Baguio—it’s perfect for travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and a cozy home-like atmosphere.

We were actually looking for a new place to stay after our original booking turned out to be a disappointment. We stopped by Crown Legacy Hotel just to check availability, and thankfully they had rooms open. What stood out was their willingness to let us view the room before confirming our reservation—such a thoughtful touch. There were a few minor issues upon arrival, but housekeeping and maintenance addressed them promptly and professionally. The hotel itself offers great amenities: a relaxing spa, a well-equipped gym, a convenience store, a nice restaurant, and a welcoming club area. We ended up having a wonderful time here, and we’re really grateful for the smooth experience. Definitely recommend this spot if you're visiting Baguio.

Perfect for business travelers! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Located just a short walk from the city center, it’s incredibly convenient for getting to meetings or shopping areas without worrying about traffic or timing. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with an amazing bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive—always ready to help with anything, even arranging transportation for me. Breakfast was a great mix of local and international options, satisfying and delicious. With its excellent location, top-notch service, and unbeatable value, this is definitely my go-to choice for business trips to Baguio. I’ll be back!

The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from Burnham Park and SM Baguio, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. The on-site restaurant offers a budget-friendly menu, which is a nice plus. However, that’s about all the positives I can say. The staff were unfriendly and not approachable at all. The air conditioning was turned off at the main circuit breaker, and only switched back on after we requested maintenance. To make matters worse, they cut off the TV signal three hours before our check-out, causing unnecessary hassle. The room itself and the mattress definitely need a deep clean and a full upgrade—there were visible signs of dirt and wear, making it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. While the location is a strong point, the lack of basic service quality and upkeep really drags down the overall experience. It’s not worth the price for what you get.

We booked a family room at this hotel, and while the price was affordable, the reality of the room didn’t match the expectation. Honestly, it felt like we were paying for a cheap stay—both in terms of decor and functionality. It might’ve just been our unit, but several issues stood out: the bathroom was subpar—cracked countertops, grimy tiles, and an overall unclean feel. The entrance area had no chairs, was dimly lit, and looked neglected. The carpeted floors appeared dirty and not well-maintained. Wi-Fi on the 5th floor was unreliable with poor signal strength. We also experienced a blackout upon check-in, which left the elevator out of service—my elderly mother struggled climbing the stairs, which was really tough. Inside the room, the chair was broken, and there were no basic amenities like drinking glasses, thermoses, or electric kettles—especially surprising for a family room. There was no water station either, so during power outages, we had to go down and climb back up just to get a few glasses of water. Yes, the hotel is old, but being old doesn’t mean it has to be dark, dingy, or run-down. That said, the staff were truly exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. They rescheduled our stay three times without hesitation, showing real care. Still, despite their efforts, the property itself fell short. If you're in Baguio, there are many better options available. I chose this hotel based on other travelers’ reviews, but I must say, I was deeply disappointed.

Staying at Hotel Grande in Baguio was an absolute delight. The view from the room was breathtaking—wide-open mountain vistas that made every morning feel peaceful and refreshing. Located just a short walk from the city center, it’s perfectly balanced between tranquility and convenience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room itself was clean, well-maintained, and cozy. I especially appreciated the quiet surroundings, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. It’s clear this hotel values guest comfort and experience. With such a great location, stunning views, and excellent service, it’s no wonder I’d happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Baguio without sacrificing comfort.
