Hotel Mega Polo
The hotel is excellent overall, with incredibly courteous staff who go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The only minor inconvenience is if you need to check out early (before 5 PM) with a lot of luggage—since the main hotel gate closes at that time, you’ll have to carry your bags through the mall and wait briefly outside, which can be a bit tricky with heavy suitcases. That said, it’s a small trade-off for such a great stay. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely come back.

The hotel completely met my expectations and delivered a wonderful stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to ensure a great experience. Breakfast was simple but delicious—especially the cheese bread and homemade cakes, which were a real highlight. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a mini-fridge in the room for added convenience. OYO Hotel Brás
I stayed just one night here as I had to catch an early morning flight the next day, and honestly, it perfectly met all my needs. Located in the Brás district of São Paulo, it's not the most walkable area at night, but I arrived via Uber, which made everything smooth. The bed was comfortable, and all linens—including sheets, blankets, and towels—were clean and well-maintained. It was quite chilly during my stay, but the hot shower worked wonders and heated me up quickly. The hotel is simple, but exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises. There’s a staircase to get upstairs, and I didn’t see an elevator, so it might not be ideal for guests with mobility issues. Despite its basic setup, this place offers excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in São Paulo.

Our stay at Hotel Belém during the New Year transition from 2024 to 2025 was absolutely fantastic. We arrived late—around 1:30 AM on December 28th—after a long flight from Porto Alegre, and the 24-hour front desk made our check-in incredibly smooth. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which was such a relief after a tiring journey. The rooms were spotlessly clean every day, with fresh linens and towels replaced regularly. Everything we needed was there—air conditioning, TV, and an intelligent, automated energy system that felt both eco-friendly and thoughtfully designed. Security was also top-notch, with cameras and alarms at the entrance, giving us peace of mind throughout our visit. The shower was excellent, with strong electric water heating that made for a refreshing morning routine. While we didn’t use the complimentary snacks, it was nice to know treats like candies and small bites were available for those who wanted a quick pick-me-up. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated on Rua Júlio de Castilhos in the Belém neighborhood. Public transport options are plentiful—buses and metro lines nearby—but the area remains quiet and peaceful. There’s a great variety of local shops around too: bakeries, cafés, restaurants, pet stores, schools, salons, and more. Plus, it's just a short walk to Brás district, Temple of Solomon, and the city center. Overall, this place offers comfort, convenience, and charm—all at a great value. Definitely a highlight of our trip, and I’d stay here again without hesitation.
