This was our second stay at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, and it felt just as welcoming and comfortable as the first time—truly like coming home. A big thank you to front desk staff Freddie, who went above and beyond with his friendly, patient, and clear service. He made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The kids’ play area is a highlight—both indoor and outdoor spaces with a great variety of toys that kept them entertained for hours. We also loved the hotel’s location in the heart of the Cota area, surrounded by amazing dining options and easy access to other attractions via public transit. The welcome snacks and fresh fruit were such a thoughtful touch—little details that make a big difference. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Definitely planning to return.

We celebrated our anniversary at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau this year, after staying at another property last year—truly glad we made the switch! The room was spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable and luxurious feel. Staff service stood out for being attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful—every interaction felt personal and warm. The value for money was excellent, making the whole stay even more satisfying. Breakfast and dinner were both enjoyed at the hotel’s buffet restaurant, which offered an impressive variety of dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. What I loved most was the rotating hot dishes served every 30 minutes—always something new and delicious. One small downside: limited beverage options, especially since the price point was quite high; it would’ve been nice to have complimentary drinks included. Still, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. As part of the anniversary celebration, the hotel and restaurant surprised us with a lovely birthday cake—such a sweet touch! A special thanks to Christina Lu at the front desk, Yan Dandan from the concierge team, and the buffet manager for their exceptional hospitality. This was more than just a stay—it felt like a memorable celebration. Definitely coming back!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it’s just a short walk to the Londoner Arena, making attending the show super easy. The room was spotless and well-maintained — classic luxury with that unmistakable quality you’d expect from a long-standing reputable property. Upon check-in, the staff were exceptionally attentive. Knowing I have asthma, they proactively arranged a room on a mid-level floor to avoid the construction zones, which showed real thoughtfulness and care. I upgraded for breakfast, and while the spread offered a good mix of Chinese, Western, and Indian options, there was one small issue: the banana station wasn’t restocked regularly. A couple took 10 bananas without eating them, leaving others without access — a bit frustrating. But the highlight? The complimentary herbal tea. It was such a pleasant surprise — soothing, fragrant, and perfectly relaxing. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful touches that made a big difference.

This was my third stay at W Macau, and I’m still completely impressed. The location is unbeatable—super convenient for getting around Studio City and nearby attractions. The hotel feels brand new, with sleek design and top-notch amenities. The TV screen is absolutely stunning—crisp, ultra-high definition, perfect for movie nights. The only minor downside? The curtains aren’t motorized, but it’s a small trade-off for such a fantastic experience. I was able to check in early, which was a nice surprise. I also managed to add on a buffet dinner for two—just HK$1,600 for the room and meals. That’s incredible value! The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they even assisted with booking the dinner without any hassle. There’s also a fast checkout box, so you can leave without waiting in line. The buffet itself was outstanding: huge variety of dishes, a live cooking station with hot pot options, and unlimited drinks. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. I left feeling full and happy. I’ll definitely be back—and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury, convenience, and great value.
Marina Phantom Apartment Hotel
Staying here for a concert was absolutely the right choice! The hotel is super convenient—just a 20-minute walk to The Venetian, with The Galaxy directly across the street. It’s also within a similar walking distance to Lord Stow Street, so dining, shopping, and exploring are all super easy. The room itself is surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything you’d need is available—clean, well-maintained facilities with excellent hygiene standards. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially one lady who went above and beyond by upgrading me to a small suite at no extra cost. That little surprise made the whole experience feel special. If you’re visiting Macau, especially for events or just looking for a great base, this place delivers on every level—great value, great location, and genuine hospitality.
Pensao Elegante(Ruins of St. Paul )
This place completely exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, with four windows offering great natural light and views. It's incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the Ruins of St. Paul’s, and surrounded by amazing dining options. I originally booked just two nights, but after checking in, I immediately wanted to extend my stay. Unfortunately, it was already fully booked! That says it all about how popular this gem is. Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and such a cozy atmosphere. If you're visiting Macau, don't miss out on this hidden treasure—it’s worth every penny.

Staying at Family Inn (Rua de Miguel Aires) was a great choice for me. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the area near Rua de Miguel Aires, and very close to Senado Square and the iconic Ruins of St. Paul’s. Though the old 16P bus route is no longer running, getting around via other public transport options is still super convenient. The room itself is basic but clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the affordable price point—great value for money. One nice touch: the towels are disposable and changed daily, which adds a sense of hygiene and freshness. Overall, it's a solid option if you're looking for a budget-friendly, well-located stay in Macau.
YOHO Treasure Island Hotel
We came to Macao with my sisters and had an amazing time! The YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was such a pleasant surprise—right in the heart of the action, just steps from a bus stop that connects directly to major attractions. This place truly offers everything you could want in one spot: dining, shopping, entertainment—all under one roof. The ground floor houses the YOHO Mall, where you’ll find luxury brands like Galeries Lafayette, Pop Mart, Qiaojiangnan, Bona Cinema, Jiu Dai Noodle House, Haiyin Ha Ji, Fish One, and more. You can easily spend days exploring without ever leaving the premises. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning—especially at sunset when the golden light bathes everything in soft glow. Lying on a lounge chair while watching the sun dip behind the Macau Tower? Pure magic. Our fireworks view twin room was perfect—the huge floor-to-ceiling window offered uninterrupted views of the iconic Macau Tower. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a luxurious bathtub for soaking after a long day. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty in one place. If you’re planning a trip to Macao, this hotel is a must-stay. It genuinely elevates your vacation experience and makes every moment feel special.
