Staying at this Super Hotel has always been a delight, and this visit was no exception—comfortable from start to finish. What sets it apart from other locations? Right outside the front door is a 24-hour convenience store, and the subway station is just a 5-second walk away—perfect for rainy days when you don’t want to get wet. While it’s not a major transit hub (so transfers to other areas may require a bit more planning), if your priority is comfort and value, this one’s definitely worth considering. The front desk area has free coffee machines and helpful travel info, and every floor offers water refill stations and vending machines with drinks—small touches that make a big difference. I was especially impressed by the little welcome kit: a mini pouch with all my skincare essentials. That kind of thoughtful detail wasn’t available at another branch I stayed at before. Also, the onsen storage uses physical keys instead of code locks—much more convenient and secure in my opinion. And let’s talk about the welcome bar: their grape vinegar drink was incredible. I actually wanted to buy a bottle to bring back home—I’d love to find it in Hong Kong! A truly memorable stay.

The location is excellent: convenient access to Namba and Umeda, and easy trips to Kyoto, Kobe, and Himeji. Staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help. I'm a repeat guest at this hotel and have stayed here for the third time now—every visit has been consistently excellent. It’s such a fun and relaxed way to unwind after a long day. The breakfast buffet is also fantastic—fresh, well-prepared, and offers a great selection to start the day right. Located just steps from Higobashi Station, getting around Osaka is super convenient whether you're exploring the city or on business. The moment we opened the door, we were faced with a steep staircase—very intimidating for young kids, who were visibly scared and hesitant to climb. Once inside the room, we noticed the floor was noticeably slanted, which raised concerns about the building’s structural stability and earthquake resistance. The worst part? The air conditioner was directly above the bed, blasting cold air non-stop. I ended up with a sore throat and even developed a fever from the extreme chill. It wasn’t just cool—it felt freezing. While the location is great (a quick walk to Umeda Station), the room design needs serious improvement, especially the AC placement. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations despite the convenient spot. Not worth it if you’re traveling with children or sensitive to cold.

Cleanliness is top-notch, as expected from Japanese standards; every corner felt spotless, which really stood out. Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated in the heart of the city. Just 200 meters from the subway entrance, you can easily access major attractions. Right outside the station is a long street packed with shops and food stalls—kind of like an open-air market, very lively and fun to explore. Within 500 meters, you’ll find one of Osaka’s most beautiful rivers, perfect for a relaxing walk. And if you keep going another 4 kilometers, you’ll reach Osaka Castle—great for a scenic stroll with plenty of stops along the way. The staff were a highlight too—there was a young Chinese-speaking guy at the front desk who’s lived in Japan for 15 years. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—basic and budget-friendly, ideal for travelers looking for something quick and no-frills. Overall, this place offers excellent value, convenience, and comfort in a prime location. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Osaka on a budget or seeking a hassle-free stay.

That said, the location is a bit tricky to find—it’s tucked away in a small building with an unobtrusive entrance, so you might need to do a little exploring to locate it. Still, once you’re inside, it feels like a hidden gem. I was happy to get a complimentary drink upon arrival—a nice touch! The champagne in-room is paid, but that’s expected. One downside: the on-site omakase dinner was disappointing—way too bland and not worth the price. I’d skip it if I were you. Overall, though, everything else hit the mark—the ambiance, design, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. It’s definitely a place I’d stay again, especially for travelers who appreciate character and charm over cookie-cutter hotels.
