Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. Located right between Umeda and Shinsaibashi, it's super convenient to reach both areas via the Midosuji Line—just a 10-15 minute ride. The neighborhood around Yodoyabashi and Kitahama is quiet and peaceful, far enough from the bustling city center to enjoy a restful night’s sleep without any noise disturbances. I really appreciated the self-service amenities at the front desk—no need to wait or hassle with requests. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. Staff were friendly, professional, and responsive whenever needed. It’s a great spot for business travelers or tourists who want a balance of convenience and tranquility. Definitely worth staying again!

Staying at Hotel Keihan Kyobashi Grande was a real highlight of my trip to Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located right above a shopping mall, making access to dining and amenities super easy. I was impressed by the spacious rooms—plenty of room to move around, and having a private laundry facility was such a bonus, especially since it wasn’t crowded during peak times. The location is excellent for getting around: the train station is literally just steps away from the mall entrance, and Osaka Castle is only a short walk. Parking is generous and well-organized, though be aware that the garage closes at midnight—just plan accordingly. Overall, this place offers great value, comfort, and convenience. It’s definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Osaka.

I've stayed at the original Keihan Tenmabashi hotel before, but this time I checked into the new Tenmabashi Ekimae location—and was pleasantly surprised. The 21-square-meter room is generously sized for Japan, with a well-designed wet/dry separation and a door between the bathroom and bedroom for privacy and convenience. The location is still unbeatable—just steps from the station, making trips to Kyoto super quick and easy. Right across the street is a shopping mall with plenty of dining options and essentials, so everything you need is within walking distance. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, this place offers excellent value. I’ll definitely be back.

The room came fully stocked with all the essentials: toothbrushes, toothpaste, earplugs, facial toner, moisturizer, makeup remover pads—all available for free. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the full-length mirror and the complimentary sleepwear. While the bathroom is slightly compact, it’s well-designed and clean. There are plenty of power outlets throughout the room, plus extension cords provided—perfect for charging multiple devices. One thing I noticed: the room felt a bit chilly, and I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heater—only the air conditioning seemed to work. However, daily housekeeping visits kept everything fresh and tidy. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent location, and a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for travelers visiting Osaka.

The moment we opened the door, we were faced with a steep staircase—very intimidating for young kids, who were visibly scared and hesitant to climb. Once inside the room, we noticed the floor was noticeably slanted, which raised concerns about the building’s structural stability and earthquake resistance. The worst part? The air conditioner was directly above the bed, blasting cold air non-stop. I ended up with a sore throat and even developed a fever from the extreme chill. It wasn’t just cool—it felt freezing. While the location is great (a quick walk to Umeda Station), the room design needs serious improvement, especially the AC placement. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations despite the convenient spot. Not worth it if you’re traveling with children or sensitive to cold.

Cleanliness is top-notch, as expected from Japanese standards; every corner felt spotless, which really stood out. Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated in the heart of the city. Just 200 meters from the subway entrance, you can easily access major attractions. Right outside the station is a long street packed with shops and food stalls—kind of like an open-air market, very lively and fun to explore. Within 500 meters, you’ll find one of Osaka’s most beautiful rivers, perfect for a relaxing walk. And if you keep going another 4 kilometers, you’ll reach Osaka Castle—great for a scenic stroll with plenty of stops along the way. The staff were a highlight too—there was a young Chinese-speaking guy at the front desk who’s lived in Japan for 15 years. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—basic and budget-friendly, ideal for travelers looking for something quick and no-frills. Overall, this place offers excellent value, convenience, and comfort in a prime location. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Osaka on a budget or seeking a hassle-free stay.

Still, once you’re inside, it feels like a hidden gem. I was happy to get a complimentary drink upon arrival—a nice touch! The champagne in-room is paid, but that’s expected. One downside: the on-site omakase dinner was disappointing—way too bland and not worth the price. I’d skip it if I were you. Overall, though, everything else hit the mark—the ambiance, design, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. It’s definitely a place I’d stay again, especially for travelers who appreciate character and charm over cookie-cutter hotels.
