Location-wise, everything we needed was within walking distance—just 1.1 km to St. Mary’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, and the Australian Museum. Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Circular Quay and easy access to ferries that take you to all the major attractions around Sydney Harbour. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly helpful, offering great tips and even helping us plan our ferry itinerary. It made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had stunning views of the harbour. Everything from the service to the amenities exceeded expectations. This place offers exceptional value for money and truly delivers on luxury. I’d definitely book here again when I return to Sydney.

What stood out most was the friendly front desk staff—a handsome guy who spoke fluent Chinese and went above and beyond to assist us. His kindness made the whole experience even more memorable. Every detail was thoughtfully done, from the room view to the service. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Sydney. A top-tier hotel with a personal touch—highly recommended!

I especially loved the motorized blackout curtains that made it easy to control light levels. The bathroom offered strong, consistent hot water, though the tiles were a bit slippery during showers—adding non-slip mats would make it even safer. Breakfast at the second-floor buffet was outstanding: generous portions, fresh options, and great variety. What really stood out was the excellent soundproofing—no noise from the street or neighboring rooms, making for a peaceful night’s rest. As a member of the platform’s elite tier, I appreciated the no-checkout inspection, which added a nice touch of exclusivity. Overall, this is a top-tier hotel with exceptional service and comfort. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
