While there’s no free airport transfer, no kettle, and no laundry service, they do offer free luggage storage, plus complimentary lemon water and apples—small touches that make a big difference. For a trip to Heidelberg, I booked a bus ticket via the platform, choosing to board at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) with pickup at Terminal 1’s parking area—just a quick 5-minute walk from the arrival level.
