Artim Hotel
The location of Artim Hotel is excellent—just a short walk from the subway and bus station, making it super convenient for getting around Berlin. It’s also close to the zoo and a vibrant shopping district, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only minor drawbacks are that the hotel feels a bit dated and the towels could use more frequent changes. But overall, the experience is still highly worthwhile. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.

Absolutely perfect location—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by a great vibe. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, the room I booked at Quentin Design wasn’t available upon check-in. However, the front desk team handled the situation quickly and smoothly, reassigning me to a room at Quentin XL—just a short walk away but still a fantastic alternative. The space was spacious, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a great upgrade in my book. I’ll definitely choose Quentin XL for my next stay. The description of the other property should be updated to reflect actual availability more accurately. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout—exactly the kind of service that turns a minor hiccup into a positive experience. Overall, this place deserves every bit of its 9.5 rating.

The service at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. The Chilean front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us throughout our trip—offering helpful tips on transportation, local attractions, and even recommending hidden gems in the area. Their warm hospitality made a huge difference. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and being located in West Berlin gave us easy access to everything we wanted to explore. This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Just a 5-minute walk from public transit, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Berlin. Parking was a breeze—there’s a great garage called Qpark right across the street. The hotel itself is housed in a beautifully preserved old building with a charming atmosphere. That said, the windows are single-glazed, so there was some noise from outside, and since the heating wasn’t turned on yet (weather had been mild), the room felt a bit chilly. Still, the space was spacious, with high ceilings and a clean, minimalist design. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. The staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. From the front desk to the other team members, everyone went above and beyond. Hats off to them! This place offers amazing value and left me thoroughly impressed. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying at Hotel Berliner Bär was a really positive experience overall. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—perfect for a good night's sleep. It’s also very convenient for getting around Berlin via public transport. The only small improvement I’d suggest is the door handle design. When exiting the room, it’s awkward to turn the handle from the outside, so guests end up pulling the door shut, which sometimes causes a loud bang. This can wake you up if neighbors are leaving late at night. Other than that, everything else was excellent—the comfort, the atmosphere, and the value for money make this a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a cozy, quiet base in Berlin.
