I’ve stayed here multiple times, and this visit was truly exceptional. The front desk staff, Miss Zhang Hui, went above and beyond with her warm and attentive service. She was responsive to every request, answered the phone promptly, and listened patiently to my needs—no question was too small. Her genuine care and professionalism made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service, and I’m already planning my next trip back to Urumqi just to stay here again. A big thank you to Zhang Hui for making our experience unforgettable!

The hotel's environment is quite pleasant, and the location is convenient. I was told there would be free parking, but when checking out, I was asked to message via WeChat for reimbursement. I sent the details right away while still at the hotel, but never heard back after arriving at my destination—only ended up getting reimbursed for $7.30. It felt a bit unprofessional and left a negative impression despite everything else being great. The rest of the stay was solid, but this part really could use some improvement in communication and follow-up.

My stay at Bailiangye Hotel in Urumqi was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond—especially the front desk team, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. Since we had an afternoon flight, they kindly offered free luggage storage without any hassle, which made our departure so much smoother. Breakfast was simple but fresh—just beef noodles and steamed buns, both prepared on-site daily. I especially enjoyed the hot bowl of beef noodles in the morning; it was comforting, flavorful, and felt like a genuine home-cooked meal. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, the service, convenience, and value made this one of my best hotel experiences in China. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Urumqi.

The two beds are placed against the wall: one is 1.5 meters wide, the other about 1.2 meters, offering great comfort and enough space for everyone. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail stood out. It's a fantastic choice for travelers looking for a reliable, hygienic, and comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and would consider staying here again.

If you're looking for a reliable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in Urumqi, this is definitely the one.

Located just a short walk from Nanhu North Road Metro Station, getting around Urumqi or heading to Xinjiang Medical University Second Affiliated Hospital is super convenient.
