The bathroom features a smart dry-wet separation layout with all amenities well-stocked, and the subtle fragrance added a calming touch that instantly relaxed me. What truly stood out was the exceptional cleanliness—every corner was spotless, even my OCD-friendly self couldn’t find anything to complain about! Breakfast was a highlight: a fantastic mix of Chinese and Western options, including freshly made noodles, warm baked bread, local specialties, and rich, aromatic coffee that perfectly kicked off the day. The fitness center and indoor pool are well-maintained and professionally equipped—ideal for staying active during a getaway. This place effortlessly blends comfort, convenience, and quality, offering excellent value without compromising on experience.

I highly recommend heading to the Water Room Bar across the street for a relaxing drink in the evening. In the afternoon, grab a coffee at the cozy café right in the same courtyard—it’s such a peaceful little retreat. The whole vibe is authentic and welcoming. This place offers amazing value and experience. Definitely coming back!

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with modern amenities—everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality; every interaction felt warm and genuine. Located right on the main city thoroughfare, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around. Just a short walk from the hotel, you’ll find bus stops and a metro station, making travel within the city a breeze. It’s also close to parks, hospitals, a science museum, and a lively food street—perfect for exploring without needing to go far. The airport is just a 20-minute drive away, which is super helpful if you're traveling. The buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding—huge variety, excellent quality, and fresh ingredients across multiple cuisines. And let’s not forget the indoor pool! If you’re in the mood to relax or work out without leaving the hotel, this is the ideal spot. Overall, an exceptional experience that exceeded expectations. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel and plan to return soon.

As soon as I walked into the lobby, I noticed a subtle, pleasant fragrance that instantly made me feel welcome. Although check-in was busy and the lobby was full of guests, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—they asked us to take a seat while they attended to others. When it was our turn, the agent was calm, patient, and explained every detail clearly with genuine care. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything I needed. Around midday, just before check-out, a staff member passed by and kindly asked if I needed a tote bag to carry my belongings—such a thoughtful touch! Even though the rate was slightly higher than other options I’d seen, the service quality made it totally worth it. They even gave me some great local food recommendations, and my friends and I went out for dinner that night—delicious and authentic. I especially want to highlight the amazing service from Kelmis at the front desk—her professionalism and kindness made the whole experience special. If you’re visiting Ürümqi, don’t miss this gem!

The front desk staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Room cleanliness was excellent, and the space felt brand new with modern amenities. I especially loved the smart assistant (Duer) for easy control of lights and climate. Breakfast was a highlight too—great variety with both Chinese and Western options, fresh and delicious. Everything about this stay was top-notch. If you're visiting Urumqi, this hotel is a must-book. A perfect 10/10—highly recommend!

Stayed here multiple times and always impressed! Opened in 2021, the room is bright, clean, and spotless—really impressive hygiene standards. Everything you need is available: a solid TV system for entertainment, a super comfortable soft bed, and thoughtful lighting throughout—each step has a light, which adds to the cozy, welcoming feel. It truly feels like home, just like the Homeinn experience I’ve come to love. Staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive without being overbearing. The location near Xiaxigou Metro Station is convenient, and the overall value is excellent. I’ve stayed here several times already and will definitely be back on my next trip to Urumqi.

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Ji Hotel Urumqi Aleitai Road. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. What stood out most was the laundry attendant—she not only collected our clothes but also neatly folded and organized them, which showed a real level of care and thoughtfulness. The breakfast chef was equally impressive: super kind and even prepared soft-boiled eggs for us without being asked—such a nice touch! The room heating worked perfectly, making it cozy during the chilly weather. The only minor downside is that the hotel is near a busy road, so opening the window brings in some traffic noise—but it’s definitely manageable. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I’d highly recommend this location for both business and leisure travelers. Just keep in mind parking can be tricky as you’ll need to find your own spot.
