Booking through the platform was super convenient, and I mentioned in advance that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Upon check-in, the staff surprised her with a birthday card, macarons, and a little balloon—along with a warm ‘Happy Birthday!’ She couldn’t stop smiling 🎂❤️. The room view was absolutely stunning—just sitting by the window felt like a photo shoot! Perfect for snapping those Instagram-worthy moments ☺️. There’s a vending machine right outside the hotel, so late-night snacks or instant noodles are always within reach—such a thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with anything we needed. When we were heading out, the front desk even helped us call a taxi—no hassle at all. They also provided a QR code for easy access to the MRT, saving both time and money when exploring nearby areas. What truly stood out was how kindly they handled our request to store an unused stroller—our luggage was already heavy, and they made it so easy without any fuss. Overall, this stay exceeded all expectations. If I ever return to Singapore, I’ll definitely come back here again.
