This isn’t my first time staying here, and each visit gets better. I was especially impressed by Brian at the front desk—his proactive assistance in upgrading my room to better suit my needs made a huge difference. His attentiveness truly elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to find staff who go the extra mile, and it makes all the difference when you’re looking for comfort and convenience. The hotel is well-located, easy to access via public transit, and the attention to detail throughout the stay was outstanding. Definitely a place I’d return to without hesitation. Great team, great service, great value.

We reported these issues to the property manager, but unfortunately, no action was taken during our entire stay. The satellite TV reception was also extremely poor, making it nearly impossible to watch any channels clearly. While the location is great, the lack of basic amenities and unresponsiveness to guest concerns significantly affected our experience. For travelers looking for a comfortable and well-maintained stay, this property may not be the best choice.

Overall, the place isn’t terrible. If they paid more attention to small details like these, the comfort and overall experience would improve significantly. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning—really the main reason I’d choose to stay here again. The convenience of nearby amenities also helps make up for the shortcomings.
