Location-wise, it's just steps from the metro, so getting around Mexico City is super convenient. With such great value, comfort, and layout, this place is perfect for groups or families. But what truly stood out was the rooftop breakfast—fresh, delicious, and served in such a stunning setting. It felt like a daily highlight. Claudia and her staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We left with nothing but gratitude and a deep desire to return. My stay at Hotel Muy was a major disappointment. While the location is convenient—close to metro access and downtown—it’s hard to overlook the poor quality of the room. I booked a suite with a jacuzzi, but the tub was filthy and smelled strongly of sewage, almost unbearable. The nightstand had suspicious stains from an unknown substance, which made me hesitant to touch anything. Cleaning standards were clearly lacking, and the front desk staff seemed more focused on training a new employee than helping me. That moment felt awkward and unprofessional. To add to the frustration, the actual building looked nothing like the photos online—the facade didn’t match at all. The room itself was tiny and poorly ventilated, and the odor lingered throughout. Honestly, for 720 pesos, this was not worth it. The only positive part? I requested a refund, and they processed it quickly and without hassle. Overall, this experience left me very unhappy. If the hotel doesn’t prioritize cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service, it will continue losing customers. A few improvements could go a long way in turning things around.
