Staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Polanco was an absolute highlight of my trip to Mexico City. Located in the upscale and leafy Polanco neighborhood, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—exceptional attention to detail and genuine hospitality. As a Marriott Platinum member, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Executive Floor, which included access to a private lounge and an excellent dining experience. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, featuring local Mexican flavors that truly made the meal special. The ambiance is elegant yet welcoming, and every staff member goes above and beyond. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk from major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to help without being intrusive. Everything about this stay felt luxurious yet warm. It's rare to find such a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and quality service. Definitely a top-tier experience—highly recommend for anyone visiting Mexico City.

Camino Real Polanco Mexico

The hotel is absolutely stunning—elegant design, polished service, and such a great vibe throughout. Honestly, the photos speak for themselves, but I’ll say it’s even better in person. One thing to note: like most hotels in Mexico City, they don’t provide basic toiletries like toothbrushes or slippers—so be sure to pack your own essentials. If you’re visiting in November, expect warm days but chilly evenings, so bring layered clothing to stay comfortable. Overall, this place delivers on style, comfort, and value—it’s definitely a top pick for anyone looking for a refined stay in Polanco.

Staying at Emporio Reforma was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location on Paseo de la Reforma is unbeatable—just a short walk or quick transit ride away from key attractions like the Angel of Independence and the historic center. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, which made evening strolls enjoyable without any concerns. Hotel MX congreso CDMX, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel isn't the most appealing, but its proximity to the airport makes it a major plus—just a 30-minute ride from the terminal. The breakfast was surprisingly excellent, with a wide variety of options and great quality that kept us energized throughout the day. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. While the area outside might not be the most scenic, the overall experience was outstanding. For convenience, comfort, and value, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again on my next visit to Mexico City.

Hotel Lepanto Reforma

I absolutely loved every aspect of my stay here—the service was exceptional, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Location-wise, it's super convenient with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. The only small suggestion would be to implement an automated gate system at the parking entrance, or provide guests with a key fob that automatically opens the gate when approaching. This would save staff from having to manually open and close the gate repeatedly, improving both efficiency and convenience. Everything else was perfect—this hotel truly delivers on comfort, hospitality, and value. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return soon.

Hotel Zocalo Central

Staying at Hotel Zocalo Central was an absolute delight. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the Metropolitan Cathedral and Constitution Square, so exploring the heart of Mexico City was as easy as stepping outside. I loved the charming, vintage-inspired design of the hotel—it felt authentic and full of character. The rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond with their hospitality. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. One highlight? Free snacks and drinks available throughout the day—such a nice touch! The only thing to note is that toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers aren’t provided, so it’s worth bringing your own. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off for such a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a great vibe in the city center, this place is a must-book.

Alteza Polanco

I visited Alteza Polanco for the first time with a casual explore mindset, and I was genuinely impressed. The interior design is incredibly unique—every corner feels Instagram-worthy, making it perfect for photography without trying too hard. I ordered a few signature drinks, and they were a delightful surprise; flavorful, creative, and definitely worth the experience. It’s true that finding the location can be tricky, but that’s exactly what makes it special—the quiet, low-key vibe stands out in a city full of noise. No crowds, no stress, just a peaceful and stylish atmosphere. Whether you're gathering with friends or planning a team-building event, this place offers a fantastic space with great ambiance. It's one of those hidden gems that deserves more attention. I’m already planning my next visit—truly a standout spot I’ll keep coming back to.
